- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality course content, including storyboarding, scripting, and reviewing materials.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills, recommending solutions through effective instructional strategies.
- Develop assessment tools such as quizzes, tests, and evaluations to measure student progress.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in instructional design or a related field (e.g., education).
- Robust understanding of adult learning theory and principles of effective instructional design.
- Proficiency in creating interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or similar platforms.
