Role Description

The Content Specialist (full time, remote) will create and manage digital content that reflects CookieQuest’s brand, products, and customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and editing website copy, product descriptions, blog posts, and social media content. The role involves planning and executing content campaigns, maintaining a content calendar, and ensuring consistent brand voice across platforms. The Content Specialist will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotions, launch new offerings, and optimize content for engagement and conversions. This position requires self-directed work, regular communication with remote team members, and a focus on clear, compelling storytelling.

Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills,



including the ability to convey brand messages clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing, with experience creating digital content for websites and social media.
- Ability to develop and implement Content Strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Experience with Content Management, including organizing, updating, and maintaining content across platforms.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles, e-commerce content best practices, and analytics tools is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines in a remote environment.
- Past experience in food, e-commerce, or consumer brands is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
