We are looking for MBA HR/Postgraduate in Hospital Management/MA IO Psychology pass outs with 1-2 years of relevant experience for following opening, who can join immediately for full time, on rolls position.

Junior HR Executive - Training
Observant and well-read executive is required to
Assess training need with help of department heads/ observations/patient feedback/survey/studies
Liaise with subject matter expert to design training. Establish and maintain relationships with experts, trainers
Prepare training material, design assessment tools
Facilitate and deliver through variety of training delivery methods- classroom
Design e-learning courses with help of AI authoring tools/Power point/Canva etc
Coordinate training programs,



communicate about trainings to departments
Ensure employees are aware about training activities and resources
Measure effectiveness of training with Kirk Patrick evaluation method
Maintain employee training record
Operate LMS software and provide support
Coordinate and provide support in case of Department events
Duty Timing - 6 days a week, Mon- Sat, 9 am to 5.30 pm
Salary - As per the company policy, it will be discussed at the time of final discussion with the candidate.
