Associate Manager / Consultant – Production Accounting (Mass Balance / Yield Accounting / Data Reconciliation)

Experience:
4–10 Years

We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in
Production Accounting, Mass Balance, Yield Accounting, and Data Reconciliation
within the
Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical
industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Production Accounting solutions.
- Lead functional design, Fit-Gap analysis, and solution implementation.
- Work on refinery and petrochemical plant configurations, blending operations, product distribution, and tank farm operations.
- Integrate Production Accounting solutions with enterprise applications and reporting platforms.




- Mentor team members and support client workshops and solution delivery.

Required Skills:
- Solid domain knowledge of
Refinery/Petrochemical Production Accounting
.
- Experience in
Mass Balance, Yield Accounting, and Data Reconciliation
.
- Understanding of
Fit-Gap Analysis, Functional Consulting, and Business Process Mapping
.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools:
- Aspen AORA (Advisor)
- Belsim VALI
- Sigmafine
- Error Solver
- Honeywell PAR

Preferred Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- MBA (Oil & Gas) is a plus
