Role Description
The Human Resources Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, supporting daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. This role assists with maintaining employee records, updating HRIS data,



coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting advantages administration. The Human Resources Assistant will help organize training sessions, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied. The role also involves preparing HR documentation, assisting with recruitment coordination, scheduling interviews, and supporting compliance with local labor regulations. Collaboration with HR management and other internal teams is expected to ensure a positive and efficient employee experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR operations and employee relations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage and maintain accurate employee data and reports.
