As an Entity Controller (LEC) within CIB, you are responsible for overseeing activities in legal entities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial results and statements. The current opening is within GFBM CIB Controllers in Bengaluru, which is part of the CIB Line of Business (LOB)



within GFBM India.

Job Responsibilities
- Accounting reporting for Legal entities in EMEA region (excl. UK) on monthly basis as per US GAAP including month-end close process, parent/child accounting, equity pick up, Capital Hedge, review of inter-entity breaks, and unnatural general ledger balance monitoring
- End to end ownership for month end close activities like Fx Trade out, Capital Hedge, EPU, etc.
- Quarterly regulatory reporting as per local GAAP for EMEA entities like Liquidity reporting, VAT return etc.
- Liaising with auditors and support Legal Entity Controllers for audit and related documentation.
- Supervise FR/FFIEC reporting, expense and revenue allocations, local regulatory submissions, and FX hedging.
- Daily monitoring and control of activities involving reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit weekly financial statements and liquidity reports for selected balance sheet items.
