Client Service Representative

At Bonobology / Beyond Small Talk, we are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone starting out and looking to build solid client-facing skills in a fast-growing, premium brand environment.

What you’ll do:
- Handle client interactions across WhatsApp, email, and calls
- Understand client requirements and respond with clarity and warmth
- Coordinate internally with the team to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain client records and follow-ups
- Support basic content/design needs using Canva

What we’re looking for:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confident, well-spoken, and presentable




- Basic Canva knowledge
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail

- Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
