Position Summary -

Work you'll do
As an Operations Senior Associate on the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for:
* Monitor business-critical applications and infrastructure using tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Monitor, SolarWinds, Datadog, and Nagios to identify anomalies, establish baselines, and support actionable alerting.
* Coordinate incident response activities, including triage, escalation, bridge management, ticket routing, status tracking, and participation in post-incident reviews and root cause analysis.
* Maintain and enhance knowledge assets, including standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and known error documentation, to improve first-line support and reduce dependency on subject matter specialists.
* Identify recurring issues and support automation and shift-left initiatives through process documentation, scripting opportunities, and recommendations to improve monitoring, detection, and remediation.
* Collaborate with infrastructure, application, operations, product,



and vendor teams to support service continuity, track operational metrics such as mean time to detect and mean time to resolve, and contribute to 24x7x365 service coverage through shift-based support.
