- CMDB, Discovery & Service Mapping

- Flow Designer, Client Scripts & Script Includes
- Asset Lifecycle Management
- Integrations with SCCM, Intune, JAMF & Active Directory
- Software Licensing & Compliance
- Agile / Scrum

Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)




- CIS – Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- CIS – Software Asset Management (SAM)
