Job Summary

We are hiring an Automation Engineer 1 to support Granicus Technical Support’s transition to an AI-first model. This role combines automation engineering with AI quality validation to help design, test, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI-powered workflows across platforms such as Forethought, Salesforce, Microsoft Copilot, APIs, low-code tools, and related support systems.
