ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the
Head of Brand & Growth
, you will be responsible for driving Skate Supply India's growth with a major focus on its in-house brands across digital, community, and customer experience channels.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up and thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 4–8 years of experience in Brand, Growth, Marketing, or E-commerce
- Experience working with D2C, consumer, lifestyle, sports, fashion, or retail brands
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, GA4, CRM, and digital marketing
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.




- Ability to make data-driven decisions.

SCOPE OF WORK

Senior Brand & Growth Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Commercial & Revenue Ownership
- Ownership of total D2C revenue (Drive growth across all D2C channels)
- Improve website conversion rates and customer acquisition
- City-wise revenue expansion
- Seasonal marketing and revenue planning
- Conversion Rate Optimisation

Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and evolve SSI’s brand narrative
- Ownership of brand kit (tone, visual language, storytelling)
- Position and grow in-house brands including Hearty and Piston
- Marketing (Online & Offline)
- Ensure all customer touchpoints reflect the brand identity

Digital Marketing
- Funnel building and lifecycle marketing
- Tracking and optimisation of CAC, ROAS, and LTV
- Lead performance marketing initiatives alongside internal teams
- Oversee website merchandising and campaign execution

Offline Marketing
- Skate
