WE ARE HIRING – Freshers (US IT Bench Sales Recruiter)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday
Eligibility: Freshers or Experience (0-1year)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance)

Key Responsibilities
- Learn the fundamentals of US IT Staffing and Bench Sales.
- Understand different US work visas and recruitment processes.
- Search and identify job opportunities through job portals and vendor networks.
- Assist in marketing consultant profiles to vendors and clients.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with consultants and vendors.
- Maintain candidate and client information in internal databases.
- Develop professional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and managers while receiving hands-on training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
