Air Medical 24x7 is looking for a results-driven Senior Online Sales Executive with excellent communication and closing skills to manage international enquiries and convert them into confirmed business.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.

Convert leads into confirmed Air Ambulance, Medical Escort, Commercial Medical Transfer, and Medical Tourism cases.

Build strong relationships with international patients, hospitals, insurance companies, and corporate clients.

Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with the Operations Team for seamless case execution.

Requirements





Postgraduate (MBA or equivalent preferred).

10–12 years of experience in International Sales, Inside Sales, Medical Tourism, Healthcare, Aviation, Insurance, Hospitality, or Customer Relationship Management.

Proven track record in international B2C/B2B sales and lead conversion.

Excellent English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.
