**We're Hiring | Merchant — International Brand Fabrics, Wallcovering & Cushion Line** ? Gurugram
At F&F; (Fabric & Furnishings), we bring some of the world's finest international fabric and wallcovering brands to India — and we're looking for a Merchant to own this portfolio.
This is a merchandising-first role, not a sales-target role. You'll be the engine behind our international collections:
? Running both annual brand launch cycles end to end — from sample sets to books in dealers' hands
? Driving book placement and dealer coverage across our network
? Training dealer teams so every new collection lands with a story
? Managing relationships with international brand principals
? Supporting sourcing for our upcoming cushion line
**Who we're looking for:**
✔ 4–8 years in merchandising, category management, or brand coordination (home furnishings, fabrics,
wallcoverings, or premium lifestyle)
✔ Strong fabric/wallpaper product knowledge
✔ Comfortable with dealers and commercial conversations — valuable working sales skills, without carrying a revenue target
✔ Organised, self-driven, and happy to travel when needed
