Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Brand Marketing Executive to manage and enhance our Loyalty Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and brand affinity through strategic loyalty initiatives, CRM campaigns, and customer-centric marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute customer loyalty and rewards programs.
- Plan and implement CRM campaigns through Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Monitor customer retention, repeat purchase behavior, and loyalty program performance.
- Analyze customer data and campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.
- Develop engagement strategies to increase customer participation in loyalty programs.
- Track loyalty metrics, redemption rates, customer lifetime value, and campaign ROI.




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer databases and loyalty records.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor loyalty programs, and customer engagement practices.

Qualification
- MBA / Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, CRM, Customer Engagement, or Loyalty Programs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
