Job Description
KOMPTE is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and reliable
Operations & Execution Associate
to manage on-ground event execution and day-to-day operational coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can handle responsibility, and takes ownership of getting things done smoothly.
The right person will support sports event planning, venue coordination, registrations, volunteer management, and on-ground execution to ensure every event runs efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and manage event operations, timelines, and execution checklists.
2. Coordinate with venues, referees, volunteers, vendors, and internal teams.
3. Handle participant registrations, reporting, and event flow coordination.
4.
Oversee on-ground execution during tournaments and ensure smooth delivery.
5. Resolve operational issues quickly and maintain event quality.
6. Support local expansion and city-wise execution efforts for KOMPTE.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Valuable communication and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable handling on-ground work and fast-paced situations
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Prior experience in sports events, logistics, operations, or event management preferred
