Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end accounting & financial reporting (US GAAP/UK GAAP/Ind AS)
Global taxation & compliance
Audit, reconciliations & financial statement review
Process transitions & continuous improvement
Lead and mentor teams of 50+ members
Manage client relationships and ensure SLA delivery
Required Skills:
3+ years of post-qualification experience in Accounting, Auditing, or Taxation
BPO/KPO, Big 4, or US/UK client experience preferred
Robust knowledge of SAP, Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks & Advanced Excel
Excellent communication and analytical skills
