Job Description
- Oversee the architectural design and development of premium residential projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Review and approve architectural designs, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards in all projects.
- Develop and implement innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the architectural team.
- Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for project execution.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery

The Successful Applicant




A Successful HOD Architect Should Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 18-22+ years of experience in architectural design within real estate development
- Proven experience in leading design for multiple large-scale projects
- Strong experience in managing in-house teams and external consultants
- Deep understanding of design trends, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks
- Prior experience with reputed real estate developers preferred
