Role Description
-This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The Business Development Executive will maintain accurate records of opportunities and activities in CRM tools, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership. Collaboration with marketing and product teams to refine offerings, participate in client meetings and demonstrations, and represent UXDLAB at relevant events or networking forums are also key aspects of this role.
