Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead with 15+ years of overall IT/Consulting experience and deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Compensation. The ideal candidate must also have functional expertise in at least one of the following modules: Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), or Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC). The candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, solution design, client engagement, and functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support projects.
- Gather business requirements and design scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
- Configure and implement Core HR and Workforce Compensation modules.
- Implement and support at least one of the following modules:
- Talent Management
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC)
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, CRP/UAT sessions, and user training.




- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, HDL data loads, and customizations.
- Support testing, production deployment, hypercare, and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
- Act as the functional lead, manage stakeholders, and mentor junior consultants.

Required Skills
- 15+ years of IT/ERP consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Compensation.
- Functional experience in Talent Management, ORC, or OLC (minimum one module is mandatory).
- Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, Rapid Formula, and Oracle HCM Security.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and support projects.
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
