Roles Responsibilities-:
- Provide L1 support (basic) on Global HW Engineering Environment, globally. Perform L1 sustaining tasks and trouble shootings (basic)



on Global HW Engineering Environment, globally.
- Conduct internal tools usage audits, globally.
- Create or maintain process documentation, instructions, templates, check lists and meeting protocols for Global HW Engineering Environment
- Coordinate tests and results among UAT-teams in Global HW Engineering Environment.
- Extract system data and compile recurrent metrics, KPI and dashboard reports for HW Eng teams globally. Extract information and generate monthly time report summary for HW Eng teams globally

Skills Required-:
- 3-5 years of engineering development, engineering tools, engineering operations or process engineering experience
- Strong user knowledge from SolidWorks MCAD. Knowledge of engineering PDM/PLM systems and hardware development toolchains.
