Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Cloud Enterprise/Application Architecture.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME)



in cloud technologies and application support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Document technical processes and solutions clearly for team reference.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving.
- Implement best practices for application support and troubleshooting.
- Automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows.
- Ensure alignment of AI capabilities with business objectives for measurable impact.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise/Application Architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture.
- Proficiency in application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education.
