We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our digital team. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience designing engaging visuals for YouTube and Social Media, including thumbnails, movie posters, and promotional creatives. A strong eye for layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling is essential, while experience in the entertainment, media, or film industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality YouTube thumbnails that maximize CTR and audience engagement.

Design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Develop promotional campaigns, banners, story creatives, reels covers, and carousel posts.

Create cover images, profile banners, and templates for social media channels as required.

Collaborate closely with the YouTube and Social media teams to deliver creatives within deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, entertainment marketing, and social media best practices.

Requirements





Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).

Experience creating YouTube thumbnails with robust visual appeal and high engagement.

Experience using AI tools for graphic design, image generation, and creative ideation to optimize design workflows and content creation.

Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Experience designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and excellent creative thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the film, entertainment, media, or OTT industry is highly preferred.

Knowledge of current social media design trends and platform-specific creative requirements.

Basic photo manipulation and poster compositing skills.
