We are looking for a warm, service-oriented Client Success Executive to handle daily customer interactions and support for our beauty and aesthetic clientele in Singapore. You ll be the voice and heart of our brand engaging customers through WhatsApp, social media, and calls with professionalism, care, and confidence.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and work on getting new customer bookings.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and calls.
- Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries about treatments, promotions, and appointments.
- Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building to ensure repeat visits and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and resolution of issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

What Were Looking For:
- Proficiency in English and preferably Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Pleasant and confident communication skills, with a clear and engaging voice.




- Excellent interpersonal, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service, online chat support, or client coordination preferred.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented with proven sales or tele-sales experience.
- Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and wellness is an advantage.

Job Details:
- Fully remote (work from the comfort of your own home)
- 6 days work week (Working Hours: 10am to 8pm, lunch break included)
- Public holidays are based off the Singapore calendar.
- Commission structured provided (based on customer show-ups to clinic)
