Role Description
The Recruitment Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting end-to-end hiring activities. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring teams. The role involves maintaining accurate candidate records, communicating updates clearly and promptly, and ensuring a skilled and inclusive experience throughout the recruitment process.



The Recruitment Associate will collaborate closely with recruiters and HR stakeholders to meet hiring timelines, improve processes, and contribute to ongoing recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience supporting full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in candidate screening and interviewing, including assessing qualifications and cultural add.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and basic HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical hiring practices.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support is preferred.
