Role & responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems at customer locations.
- Perform installation and commissioning of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCTV cameras, recording devices, and network connectivity.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Configure IP cameras, network video recorders (NVR), and digital video recorders (DVR).
- Carry out structured cabling, routing, and termination for CCTV installations.
- Attend service calls and provide onsite technical support to customers.
- Ensure timely closure of service requests as per SLA requirements.
- Maintain service reports and installation documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for issue resolution and project execution.
- Perform periodic health checks of surveillance systems and recommend necessary improvements.
- Support installation and maintenance of access control and biometric devices, if required.




- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during field visits.

Preferred candidate profile
- 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, Computer Hardware, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, or field service.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV Cameras, DVR, NVR, IP Cameras, and Analog Cameras.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN, and Router Configuration.
- Experience in troubleshooting CCTV hardware and connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with brands such as Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Bosch, or similar is preferred.
- Willing to travel to customer locations for installation and service support.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and close service calls within the defined SLA.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
