About the Role

We are looking for a visionary and results-oriented Business Head to lead business growth, admissions, revenue generation, and strategic operations across our educational institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales leadership, team management, and strategic planning, with the ability to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational growth and revenue targets.
- Lead admissions, marketing, business development, and customer relationship initiatives.
- Identify current business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
- Monitor admissions performance, revenue, and profitability across campuses.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to maximize student enrollments.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with parents, corporate partners, schools,



and other stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare business reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for senior management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in business development, sales, or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the education sector is highly preferred.
