Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring for its Digital and Technology Engineering team. We are transforming the retail experience through cutting-edge technology by developing advanced solutions that use RFID technology and AI-enabled workflows to optimize inventory management and in-store processes. We are looking for a Senior Lead Engineer to oversee the architecture and development of RFID-driven, intelligent systems that enhance visibility, accuracy, and operational efficiency across retail stores.

- Offer technical expertise and thought leadership to support our strategy and transformation into a world-class, AI-forward retailer




- Collaborate with Product teams and engineers to develop intelligent applications that enhance consumer experiences and boost revenue
- Communicate complex technical and AI-driven solutions in clear, business-friendly language
- Work with Business, Product, and IT leadership to identify challenges and opportunities for automation and agentic workflows
- Lead a team of engineers to design scalable solutions for tracking inventory, automating store processes, and providing real-time and predictive insights using RFID and AI

About The Job
- Design and implement end-to-end microservices and cloud-native solutions on GCP, applying OOP principles, algorithms, data structures, DBMS/SQL, and top-tier software engineering practices
- Build mobile and web applications spanning multiple store touchpoints and RFID-enabled operational workflows
- Embed agentic AI capabilities into inventory workflows — enabling autonomous decision-making, predictive insights, and intelligent process automation across store operat
