Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India. This position is responsible for generating room and event revenue by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and managing corporate, travel trade, and institutional accounts.



The Sales Manager will conduct regular sales calls and hotel visits for prospects, prepare and present proposals, negotiate rates and contracts within company guidelines, and ensure timely follow-up to close business. The role includes collaborating with the revenue, front office, and operations teams to align pricing, inventory, and service delivery, as well as tracking performance against sales targets and preparing periodic reports and forecasts. The Sales Manager will also represent the hotel at local networking events, trade shows, and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence in the Goa market.
