The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and customization of Salesforce and third party solutions as part of connected ecosystem to meet business requirements. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, designing and developing solutions, and ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of Salesforce across the organization.
Skills Required:
- Technical Skills:
- Hand-on proficiency in Salesforce platform (Sales & Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud), Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations, Knowledge of end to end Salesforce ecosystem along with industry standard systems like HubSpot, HighSpot and Outreach etc., Agentforce Agentic AI solutions, Einstein AI.
- Must have coding, code review, testing and configuration experience with ability to do hand-on work.
- Project Management:Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Leadership:Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design and Implementation:
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
- Oversee the development and deployment of custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and enhancements
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices
- Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions
- Able to do business process re-engineering, systems design, configuration and implementation
1. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities and best practices
