Key Responsibilities-
- Expertise in E plan.
- Engineering of VFD, PLC, panels using Eplan.
- Component selection viz. Protection devices (MCCB, MCB etc.), Instruments, Meters, Drives, Indicating Lamps, Mounting Racks, Fuses and accessories.
- Knowledge of Electrical, Instrumentation & Electronics engineering, Pneumatic & Hydraulics.
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic equipment wiring design like Nutrunner, Scanner, Pin marker Machine, Cameras, Robots, Press Servo Unit
- Knowledge of Fieldbus like Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus, ProfiNet, Serial Communication Schematic Diagram, Signal Line Diagram, Generation of Terminal Detail.
- Design & Preparation of General Arrangement Drawing as per Clients.
- Preparation of hardware architecture. Preparation of Functional Analysis, Safety Matrix, Interlock Document, Network, Function and Power Architecture.
- Preparation of Engineering BOM. Release of ERP BOM.
- Generation of Part list, Terminal Details, Cable scheduling
