Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
- Conduct team huddles, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure quality, productivity, and adherence to process guidelines.
- Prepare daily MIS and performance reports.
- Resolve team escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with management to improve team performance.
Eligibility
- 6 months to 5 years of Team Leader/Trainer experience.
- Experience in the
Loan or Credit Card industry is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Loan & Credit Card products.
- Valuable team handling and coordination skills.
- Average English communication skills.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services will be preferred.
