Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various technical and operational roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and streamline the selection process, ensuring timely talent acquisition that meets business demands.
- Assist in HR business partnering activities by maintaining employee records, supporting performance management cycles, and facilitating internal communication to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage onboarding documentation and induction processes to ensure recent hires are integrated smoothly into the company’s workflows and values.




- Analyze recruitment metrics and feedback to suggest improvements in hiring strategies, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.

Requirements:

1. Pursuing/completed a degree in HR or related field

2. Strong communication and organizational skills

3. Proficiency in MS Office
