Job Summary:
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Organizational Analytics (OA) Consultant in our Talent & Organization (T&O;) practice, a typical day might include.
Adopt a data-driven approach to Transformation and Workforce solutions for Global and Local clients.
Engage with clients to understand their challenges, requirements and concerns to determine the best OA solution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience in building data-driven survey-based solutions including frameworks, questionnaires, and action plans.
- Linking analytics results with Behavioral Science/ Industrial and Organizational Psychology concepts.
- Working knowledge of basic/advanced statistical and machine learning methodologies in the workforce analytics space.
- Valuable to have practical knowledge in the areas of Natural Language Processing.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop business solutions.
- Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs.
- Co-create solutions and assist clients in developing action plans.
- Support Product Development and own the delivery of new OA products.
- Build strong relationships with clients and foster business growth.
- Contribute to T&O; practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training and attending community events.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in business data analysis and Talent management-related programs (workforce transformation, talent strategy, HR strategy, organization & operating model design, and business readiness).
- Data fluency and working knowledge of statistical methodologies.
