Role Overview

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role involves working closely with designers, the creative team, and clients to deliver high-quality, impactful digital content.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule monthly social media calendars for multiple brands.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to develop engaging posts, reels, and stories.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content ideas aligned with brand tone.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and current features to improve brand reach.
- Handle day-to-day posting, page management, DM reply support, and comment engagement.
- Analyze performance using insights/analytics and share weekly/monthly reports.
- Develop campaign ideas for festivals, special days, and promotions.
- Attend client meetings to discuss ideas, strategy, and feedback.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.




- Manage paid ads coordination (basic understanding is enough; specialist support available).

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva; familiarity with design tools is a plus.
- Ability to analyze insights and understand what content works best.
- Photography/videography awareness (bonus).
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (added advantage).

Qualification
- Any degree (Marketing, Communication, Visual Arts preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Portfolio of past work or managed pages preferred.
