Role Description




The AI Lead is a full time, hybrid role based in Pune, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for defining and driving the AI strategy, leading the design and development of AI and machine learning solutions that support Hypersoft’s product portfolio and client projects. Day-to-day activities include identifying high-impact AI use cases, overseeing data collection and preparation, guiding model selection and training, and integrating AI components into existing applications and platforms. The AI Lead collaborates closely with product managers, software architects, and engineering teams, provides technical leadership and mentorship to data and AI engineers, and ensures solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
