About the Role

Join ACTPL as a Field Sales Engineer/Manager and play a key role in driving business growth by delivering high-value fluid conveyance and process control solutions. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing technical support that creates long-term customer value.

Industry: Power, Chemical & Fertilizer, Oil & Gas

Key Responsibilities
- Drive annual sales targets by identifying opportunities, developing account strategies, and maintaining a strong project pipeline.
- Promote and sell Process Control solutions (Pump & Valves) to existing and prospective customers.
- Provide basic application support for customer projects and ensure timely response to service requirements.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, consultants, contractors, and end users.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to deliver seamless customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends, customer plans,



and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage receivables, control expenses, and follow defined sales processes.

What We're Looking For
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Mechatronics.
- 3+ years of sales experience in industrial products/solutions.
- Solid technical knowledge of Valves, Control Valves, Pumps (which also includes BFP, BP, CEP, CW, pumps), Heat Exchangers, or related products.
- Proven skills in value selling, negotiation, account management, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, customer-focused, adaptable, and willing to travel extensively.
- Preference for candidates from Process Industry & Industrial Automation.
