Role Description
The Account Manager role at TickoraDesk is a full time remote position responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with assigned customers. This role involves onboarding new clients, understanding their support workflows, and configuring TickoraDesk solutions to meet their operational needs.



The Account Manager will monitor account health, conduct regular check-ins, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate with product and support teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience. Daily tasks include managing customer communications, preparing performance reports, gathering feedback, and advocating for customer requirements internally. The role also includes collaborating on success plans, ensuring renewals, and promoting best practices that help customers maximize value from TickoraDesk.
