Job Overview: The Medical Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance by healthcare providers in applying tariffs, billing protocols, and adherence to overall discipline. This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare systems, medical billing, and regulatory compliance.

Qualification: BHMS,BAMS,BDS ,BPT ( With TPA or Insurance ) Experiene

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provider Compliance: Ensure that healthcare providers adhere to established tariffs and billing protocols. Regularly review provider practices and conduct audits to ensure compliance.
- Regulatory Adherence: Stay updated with the latest regulations and guidelines related to healthcare billing and tariffs. Ensure that all practices are in line with these regulations.
- Provider Education: Educate healthcare providers about the importance of compliance, the correct application of tariffs, and proper billing protocols. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops.
- Dispute Resolution:



Act as a mediator in case of any disputes between the healthcare provider and the insurance company related to tariffs and billing.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote discipline and compliance among healthcare providers.

Qualifications:
- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a health insurance setting.
- Robust knowledge of medical billing and coding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle disputes and resolve conflicts effectively.
