Job Description – Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth for Fuselage Flying Club by identifying new business opportunities, building solid relationships with colleges, institutes, and other potential partners, and promoting drone training and related programs. This role requires a strong sales mindset, basic knowledge of drones, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the willingness to travel frequently for training and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for drone training, workshops, demonstrations, and related programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, institutes, educational organizations, and other potential clients.
- Visit colleges and institutes to conduct presentations, awareness sessions, and training programs related to drones and flying club activities.
- Promote Fuselage Flying Club’s services through direct sales, networking, and institutional outreach.




- Understand client requirements and propose suitable training and engagement solutions.
- Conduct product and service presentations in a professional and engaging manner.
- Support lead generation, follow-ups, client meetings, and conversion of prospects into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute training sessions, demonstrations, and outreach programs.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and business development activities.
- Represent the company professionally during external visits, meetings, and training engagements.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Travel to colleges, institutes, and other locations as required for business development and training purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
