We are looking for a motivated
Sourcing Specialist
to join our US Recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing IT professionals using job portals and LinkedIn, with strong communication skills and a passion for recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and scheduling.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
- Meet daily and weekly sourcing targets.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or Sourcing.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, or similar job portals.
- Strong Boolean search skills.
- Positive verbal and written English communication.
- Ability to work in the US Night Shift.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Knowledge of ATS/CRM tools.
- Experience sourcing W2, C2C, and Full-Time candidates is an advantage.
