The Outsourcing Stitching Incharge is responsible for managing outsourced stitching units, ensuring timely production, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with vendors, and achieving delivery schedules. The role requires regular follow-up with job workers to ensure production targets are met without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with outsourced stitching vendors/job workers for daily production.
- Allocate stitching orders based on vendor capacity and delivery requirements.
- Monitor production progress and ensure on-time completion of orders.
- Conduct regular visits to vendor units for production follow-up.
- Ensure stitching quality meets buyer and company standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team to resolve quality issues.
- Track daily production,
pending quantities, and dispatch status.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, and accessories availability with the production team.
- Ensure proper handling and accountability of materials issued to vendors.
- Prepare and submit daily production and follow-up reports.
- Resolve production delays and coordinate corrective actions with vendors.
- Maintain robust relationships with outsourcing partners while ensuring compliance with company requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
