We need a strategist who thrives on ownership, moves quick, and knows how to unlock scale through deep creative testing and data rigor. The Opportunity
- High-Stakes Scale: Take full ownership of large monthly budgets
- Omni-Channel Strategy: drive growth across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Unity, Moloco, and Reddit.
- Technical Sophistication: Execute and optimize complex campaigns using MAI, AEO, and VO goals across Broad, Interest, and LAL targeting.
What You Will Do
- Own the Performance: Manage the full lifecycle of paid media—from budget allocation and targeting to deep-dive optimization.
- Creative-First Growth: Lead aggressive creative testing roadmaps.
You understand that creative is the new targeting and know how to scale top-performing ads.
- Data & Analytics: Use advanced Excel skills to analyze cohorts, LTV, and ROAS. You don't just read data; you derive strategy from it.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: collaborate with creative and product teams to ensure a feedback loop that drives performance.
Who You Are
- Experience: 4-5 years in mobile marketing (Gaming preferred) with a proven track record of scaling apps.
- The Toolkit: Expert proficiency in MAI/AEO/VO optimization and advanced Excel formulas.
- The Mindset: You have an ownership mentality. You take accountability for your results, work well under tight deadlines, and possess professional-level English communication skills.
- The Builder: You aren't looking for a playbook to follow; you want to write the playbook.
