We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled MEP Draftsman to prepare accurate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to produce coordinated drawings that comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D MEP drawings using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or other drafting software.
- Coordinate MEP layouts with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
- Revise drawings based on engineer, client, or consultant comments.
- Ensure drawings comply with local codes, project specifications, and company standards.
- Prepare equipment layouts, piping layouts, ductwork drawings, electrical layouts, and plumbing schematics.
- Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and document control procedures.
- Perform quantity take-offs and assist in material estimation when required.




- Participate in coordination meetings and resolve drawing clashes.
- Support site engineers by providing technical drafting assistance and updating drawings as construction progresses.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in MEP drafting (experience requirements may vary based on the role).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP and BIM software is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Familiarity with international and local building codes and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
