Purpose: Provide comprehensive legal support and guidance to ensure organizational compliance with laws and regulations, mitigate legal risks, and safeguard company interests.

Responsibilities:

Legal Advisory:Offer legal advice to the organization, sister concerns, and family on various legal matters including contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance.Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements,



and legal documents to ensure they align with the organization's objectives and comply with applicable laws and regulations.Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant legal issues and developments affecting the organization's operations.

Weekend Lawyer Meetings (if any):Attend weekend lawyer meetings when necessary, discussing legal matters and strategies with external counsel or legal advisors.

Drafting Works:Draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments as necessary, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with legal requirements.

Proof reading Documents:Review and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and other materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Legal Advice and Guidance:Provide comprehensive legal advice on contracts, regulations, compliance, and risk management.Finding right lawyers for specific issuesFee negotiation with lawyers.
