Role Description
The Senior Tech Presales Specialist (SaaS, AI & Cybersecurity) is a full-time hybrid role based in Bhubaneswar, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves leading technical discovery with prospective customers,



understanding their business and security requirements, and mapping Magnelox’s SaaS, AI, and cybersecurity solutions to those needs. The specialist prepares and delivers product demos, solution walkthroughs, and proof-of-concept engagements, collaborating closely with sales, product, and engineering teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating technical proposals, solution architectures, and RFP/RFI responses, as well as supporting integration planning and high-level project scoping. The role also includes providing advanced technical support during the presales cycle, enabling account teams with technical insights, and contributing feedback to improve products and go-to-market strategies.
