An AI operating system for residential real estate operations in Europe. Our AI agents answer calls, qualify rental applicants, schedule viewings and automate leasing and property-management workflows.
Urban Ground -
A Berlin-based residential-rental company operating hundreds of homes in Germany. We use technology and automation to streamline leasing, tenant support, maintenance and operational workflows.
We are hiring two exceptionally high-agency Graduate Software Engineers:
One engineer will primarily support Nimmi
One engineer will primarily support Urban Ground
What You'll Do
Depending on your track, you may work on:
1. AI and voice-agent evaluations
2. Production-call and failure analysis
3. Backend bug fixes and small product features
4. Automated testing and regression suites
5. Internal tools, dashboards and alerts
6.
Workflow automation and data reconciliation
7. Monitoring, logging and production debugging
8. API integrations
9. AI-agent workflows and automations
10. Production support and incident resolution
This is not a training programme where you'll spend months shadowing someone.
You will be expected to:
- Understand the problem
- Investigate possible solutions
- Build and test the solution
- Create a production-quality pull request
- Own the issue until it is fully resolved
