About the Role:

We are seeking a agile and strategic Head of People & Culture to lead our HR function and

foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

driving people strategies, aligning HR practices with business goals, and creating an inclusive

environment where employees feel engaged, empowered, and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth, culture, and

long-term business objectives.
- Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding,

performance management, engagement, and retention.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a respectful and

inclusive workplace.
- Partner with leadership teams to drive organizational change, succession planning, and

workforce development.
- Design and implement programs for employee learning,



leadership development, and

career progression.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure fairness and market

competitiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback, recognition, and open communication.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and a people advocate across the organization.
