Role Description
The Senior Counselor role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The Senior Counselor will guide and advise students on overseas education options, including country selection, course choice,



university shortlist, and application processes. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, maintaining accurate student records, coordinating with universities and internal teams, and supporting students through admission, visa, and pre-departure stages. The role involves explaining services and procedures clearly, handling inquiries in person, by phone, and online, and participating in seminars, events, and outreach activities as needed. The Senior Counselor is also expected to mentor junior counselors, contribute to process improvements, and uphold Valmiki Group’s standards of service quality and professionalism.
