Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary:-

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strategic partnerships, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets for our software solutions including Tally, Bitrix24, ERPWave, and SAP Business One.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Identify and develop current business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.

* Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

* Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and business meetings.

* Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.

* Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.





* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

* Coordinate with implementation, support, and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.

* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

* Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-

* Monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

* Number of qualified leads generated.

* Client meetings and product demonstrations conducted.

* Proposal-to-closure conversion ratio.

* Customer acquisition and retention rates.

* Sales pipeline value and forecast accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or related field.

* 3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Software Sales, ERP Sales, SaaS Sales, or B2B Sales.
